Easy to walk into the old town or get the bus from just outside of the apartment

Check in, finding the office to get the key, finding a parking place near the office. Then finding the property down Narrow streets, too tight to turn into carpark so had to reverse in. When we collected the key we were told what floor and number of apartment shown picture of garage entrance, however it would of been useful if they could also of told us what floor car park space was and bay number. They did send a video before we left however we had been travelling. Once you are in the car lift there is no signal , so when you watch the video write down key points AND ensure you get in the right lift after parking the car or you could end up in building 11.

Quiet but central location; privacy: comfortable, modern well equipped accomodation. Spacious terrace with sun and shade options Electric window shutter system was excellent Agents were responsive and prompt when we had any queries. Numerous great restaurants nearby

We stayed for 19 days but cleaning was unavailable throughout the period. We are happy to look after ourselves for general day to day tidyness but this is a large apt and it was impracticable and inappropriate as vacation renters to maintain the floors and large terrace area TBF linen changes and towels were plentiful and to hand.

Great apartment filled with natural light on the top floor of a residential building in a really nice neighborhood. Spacious balcony with sea views, although nearest beach is about ten minutes walk. Only a short walk to the centre of the old town but plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Plaza Mina at the end of the street is always full of life in the evenings. Good communication with the staff in the office where we collected the key. We had a lovely time here and would definitely come back.

The huge sunshade on the balcony moved quite a bit in the breeze so we were a bit worried about using it, a smaller one might be better or even an awning.

Yes there is free parking but it is via a lift and requires expert manoeuvres to park. Only works with a SMALL car.

Perfect location , well equipped property, spacious, lovely view.helpful staff at Cadiz rentals.

Only a tiny car ( eg std Ford Focus )can easily make the turn into the parking elevator and actually fit in the space. We got a Volvo xc40 in but it was so stressful and difficult we moved to a local underground parking which was great but cost 15 euro a day

Everything was perfect, the building, the location, the staff in the Agency, and especially the flat itself! Amazing!

Apartment was very comfortable, everything you needed for a short break in Cadiz. Modern, spotlessly clean. Short walk from plenty of bars & resturants.Would recommend a vist to Meson Restaurante, just a short walk from the apartment, great atmosphere & food. Full of locals so always a good sign.Probably need to book a table for dinner. Just a word of caution, if you are driving, you may need to ignore Sat nav directions when you get close to apartment, at the last small roundabout turn right, then take the 1st right, apartment is on the left at the bottom on street. It's tight getting into garage, you need to aim at right hand wall, then reverse to get in. May need to do this a few times. When you park up, it's probably easier to go down in car lift to street level & use front door.
