This apartment is very well situated, and has everything you need for your stay. The air conditioning works well, which can be very helpful in hot summer days. You can walk on the beautiful coastal sidewalk or easily reach the downtown, supermarket, and restaurants. The owner was very helpful. Met us at the garage space and helped us get situated.

Only one shower had hot water for use

We meet the owner to collect the keys. He guided us to the parking which was in a nearby, secure, shared garage. Easy driving access to apartment off of the south circular road of Cádiz. The kitchen looked well enough with a large fridge freezer, however, we didn´t cook so unable to give an account of those facilities. We did use the television and that was good. Sofa comfortable and adequate to seat 5 or 6 people, we were only two, so a sofa each! Beds comfortable.

A bit more care taken in cleaning the shower area. An area in the bathroom to place one's toiletries would be very useful. On Saturday night, there was a bit of noise from one of the neighbor´s before and after midnight which we could have done without.

Excellent location, great view, spacious and airy, awesome host. Highly recommend.

A little stark

Great views as on the 8th floor by the coast. Most comfortable bed of our trip through Spain. Everything you could need in the kitchen including a few basic provisions; lovely lounge area. Very welcoming and friendly host/owner.
