The property was very comfortable, clean, well equipped and had fantastic views. It was great being met by Alfonso. The location was perfect for exploring the old city. We used the garage which was a a great bonus.

Location, clean place, large spaces

Our host was very friendly. Accommodation was clean and the bed was comfy and good location to stay. It's more of a house for a family. It is very spacious and can easily accommodate 6 people.

Alfonso , the manager, was very helpful and likeable. Any problems were sorted quickly . The location of the flat within Cadiz was very good, within easy walking distance of the beach and many bars and restaurants. The main living room had been updated and was large and comfortable. It may however have been a bit crowded with six adults for a week. The modern washing machine, dishwasher and fridge were welcome as we were staying 2 weeks. It was a real bonus to have private secure parking within walking distance.

The flat is on the 8th floor of an 1960/70s tower block and the orientation was E-NE. We were very disappointed with the views. The sea view was from the bedroom windows that you had to stand next to in order to appreciate. The view from the living room was very disappointing and we tended to spend most time there, it was of the side of an adjacent block and roof tops. The balcony really needs some renovation being a small enclosed area hardly big enough for two dining room chairs. One of the sliding doors to the balcony had a large crack across it,( obviously not safety glass as would be expected), we were told this would be fixed and was scheduled for the day after we left. The sliding doors and the balcony enclosure all need replacing as they are all very tired or broken. Likewise the kitchen was tired and needs some attention. Travellers should be aware that it is not uncommon in this area for the toilet plumbing to be liable to blockage , and as such ALL paper needs to be disposed of in bins and not flushed. ( You do get used to it!).

Very clear and prompt communication from the host and instructions on the collection of the keys. Easy to find location of apartment while driving and having access to garage to park the car nearby was great. Apartment itself was very clean and had all the facilities required for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Nice touch was the host providing us recommendations of places to visit and eat in Cadiz.

Large apartment in a good location. Lovely views from two of the bedrooms and living room. Free parking was a real bonus. Beds were comfortable and shower was powerful with plenty of hot water.
