The location was excellent, near a few bars and La Caleta beach. A couple of our party had restricted mobility so it was great that there was a lift too. We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the sea views.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Close to the sea and beach and to many bars and restaurants. Host Antonio was very helpful.

Great location with nearby parking. The apartment had a lift for ease of access with children. The host was very helpful in providing the information to get to the apartment, parking and entry codes.

1. Location is quite good, it is near beach only walking for 2 mins 2. You can enjoy sunset everyday even in the apartment. 3. Facility is also quite good, and space is enough for small family. 4. it is in the city center downtown and also it is quiet at night.

if we can not care too much about garbage and have enough laundry detergent and garbage bags will be much better

The location is magnificent. There are restaurants and tapas bars on your doorstep and the beach is literally across the road. You’re in the La Vina neighborhood with the palm trees in the streets and it’s so beautiful. It’s also not far to the Cathedral, Mercado market, Parque Genoves and shopping. The apartment was very comfortable for the 3 of us - decent blinds, fan, washing machine, toilet separate to bathroom, good view, very clean and light. Antonio was a lovely host with great communication. I would highly recommend staying here.

The double bed was a little small if you’re used to a queen or king. There is also noise from the street. Neither of these things are major at all, just to be aware. The noise is part of the fun! I would stay here again.

Location excellent, the longer we stayed the more bars and eating places we discover. The property was great for us and the owner extremely accomodating .
