Juan y Mari Carmen son encantadores. La casa es perfecta. Dispone de todas las comodidades para sentirte muy a gusto. La limpieza de 10. La ubicación es perfecta en pleno barrio de la Viña.

Prachtig appartement van alle gemakken voorzien! Verder was vooral de ontvangst van de beide eigenaren hartverwarmend. Er werd meteen een plek geregeld voor ons bij de buren. Een heerlijk restaurant met top eten en drinken voor een goede prijs.

Die Lage ist top! Gute Ausstattung in der Küche. Nette kleine und saubere Wohnung. Ideal zu 2. Sehr freundlicher Empfang von Carlos und tolle Tipps! Parkplatz in der Nähe der Wohnung, was sehr angenehm ist.

Die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig. Man hat am Abend den Fernseher von einem Nachbarn gehört . Sie ist auch eher dunkel, da im EG in einer kleinen Strasse im Zentrum. Dafür ist man aber mittendrin im Geschehen 😉 Es ist aber jammern auf hohen Niveau !

- Appartement au rez de chaussée, le soir beaucoup de bruit des clients du restaurant à côté qui parlent très fort juste devant les fenêtres Le parking n’est pas compris dans le tarif de la chambre, il faut rajouter 10 euros par jour, c’est raisonnable mais bon à savoir.

One of the best we’ve stayed in. Owners met us on the property to check us in. Despite the language barrier also tried to provide us with places of interest in Cádiz. Good facilities, clean, secure and well thought of amenities.

Check-in und Check-out waren sehr unkompliziert und angenehm. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist hervorragend genauso wie die Ausstattung. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und haben uns persönlich in Empfang genommen. Die Tipps für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten waren ein Highlight, genauso wie der persönliche Austausch und das leckere Gastgeschenk 😊. Die Parkmöglichkeit ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt kostet zusätzlich 10€ pro Tag. Vollkommen fair!

The apartment was excellent - beautiful fittings - really good location. The host was exceedingly helpful and friendly. Very useful location information was provided. Would have no hesitation recommending this accommodation - it felt like home.

Tiene todo lo necesario para alojamiento. Cuidado hasta los mínimos detalles. Con artefactos eléctricos y vajilla nueva. La recepción personal de su dueño que nos esperó a la entrada del parking y nos acompañó al departamento. Además los detalles como haber dejado alimentos, café, te y otras cosas para desayunar y un rico vino para brindar. Cerca de restaurantes, centro histórico y lugares para comprar insumos y cerca de las playas de Cadiz, sobre todo la de la Victoria que es la que mas nos gustó. Volvería sin dudas y lo recomiendo.

The apartment is ancient, but it’s furnished in modern style. Fully equipped with high level equipment. Everything was brand new. There is a parking place on 2 mins walk.
