No 38 Cádiz

Property was exceptional. Spacious, clean, comfy, ... Bed was really comfortable. AC worked well. Shower and kitchen were great. But ! The most precious thing about this place is the host ! Very kindhearted and welcoming. He made us a personal list of places to go (eat, drinks, visit,...). We tried one restaurant he recommended (Balandro Restaurante) and it was delicious.

Only downside was the TV. Quite slow and sometimes bugging but still working. And come on, we don't come on holiday to watch TV !!!

Ruim, schoon, fijne locatie, goed ontvangst door de host, hij had goede tips voor parkeren en restaurants enz.

L’accueil de Mario était tout à fait sympathique. L’hébergement est au cœur de la vieille ville et pourtant la quiétude est au rendez-vous !

Slightly damp smell in bathroom, plumbing above bed was noisy but the apartment itself was fabulously quiet and private.

No le falta un detalle, apartamento muy acogedor, decorado con un gusto sublime Atención personalizada, te esperan para darte la llave, continuamente he podido tener contacto con Mario para la recogida y entrada de llaves. Cafetera de cápsulas y te dejan un montón de cápsulas, té, azúcar, edulcorante, no sé podría decir que falta algo Somos mucho de ir a Cádiz y este es el mejor apartamento que hemos tenido hasta ahora, hasta me da miedo hablar bien de este apartamento, a ver si cuando yo quiera reservar no va a estar disponible Tiene una entrada muy bonita decorada con sus sillitas y mesa para tomar un vinito muy a gusto Dejan pequeños regalitos de bienvenida como unos dulces y un vino fresquito en la nevera Sinceramente nos ha encantado, por la ubicación, en pleno centro histórico, por lo bonito, por lo bien aprovechado, por la amabilidad del anfitrión y del personal de limpieza

Absolutamente nada

Sehr gute Lage. Aber: die Wohnung ist sehr dunkel, im Erdgeschoss gelegen, es gibt keine Tageslichtfenster, die Fenster gehen auf Lichthöfe und das Gebäude ist 3 Stockwerke hoch. Der Patio ist ein abgetrenntes Stück vom Treppenhaus. Trotz guter und geschmackvoller Ausstattung waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Der Empfang war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend.
