The property was excellent. So simple but furnished so adequately and thoughtfully. Most importantly it was so neat and clean with fresh fluffy towels, nice beds and duvets. The kitchen is well equipped with all the things you need. The owners of the property Mr & Mrs Hashim were amazing. So warm, friendly and helpful at all times. They were immediately around for any questions we had and provided guidance about where to find local things. Mrs. Hashim cooked us some delicious food for which we were very grateful.

"Overall value for money with good hist and everything.."

Overall facilities are super. You can easily cook your own meal of you want. The house keeper is very friendly and helpful.

1. It is on 1st floor so little difficult for elders. Little away from beach and wifi range should be increased.

"A Peaceful Oasis"

Kadeessa- Malaysia Our stay at Monsoon Apartments was nothing but perfect. Adnan and his wife Reema were gracious hosts. They welcomed us into their beautiful place and made our stay in Kerala a much fulfilling and enjoyable one. Adnan was very helpful in advising and arranging for us many things since this was our first trip to India. Reema feasted us with breakfast that was so good and delicious. The place itself was a perfect hideout in a little residential  area in Kannur. Its near to Kannur town and other places. We love how Adnan and his wife cared for his beautiful garden and the compound of his apartment. It was very calm and peaceful. The apartment itself was well equipped with everything. Everything was so in place, neat and functional and that made our stay at Monsoon a  comfortable one. The kitchen is complete. One can just walk into it and cook up a storm. Our trip to India was to reconnect old ties but we also found new ones with Adnan and Reema.

Suggestion: The upstairs apartment will be even more comfortable  if exhaust fans are installed for better air circulation. Otherwise, they've made the place perfect for guests. They have kept the place so clean and tidy,it was difficult for us to do the same when we left.
