El apartamento es perfecto. La ubicación es inmejorable para quien vaya a disfrutar del carnaval como nosotros. Justo en el epicentro del carnaval callejero y al lado de la playa. Todo super limpio y comodísimo; la cama y el sofá muy cómodos, el agua de la ducha calentita, y Paco muy amable nos ha recomendado sitios para visitar y comer cerquita. 10/10. Hemos pasado los mejores carnavales de nuestra vida. Sin duda volveremos.

Nada. Todo ha sido genial. Por decir algo que no hay ascensor pero solo son 3 pisos y no molestar subirlos andando a cambio de todo lo bueno.

El trato increíble de Paco, lo atento y buen anfitrión que es y el apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Cádiz de maravilla y lo limpio que está, la ubicación, la tranquilidad, sin duda para repetir.

Everything - location <1min to beach & Carrefour; pillow & mattress; well-stocked kitchen (scissors!); the outside terrace; oodles of sockets; hair straighteners (for anyone bringing just a backpack you don't need to sacrifice precious space/weight). Paco was such a gracious host, even coming down to the street when I couldn't locate the property. He'd been sending me WhatsApp messages but I didn't receive - if you're travelling on an Irish passport but are from the North let him know so he can use the correct country code! The pride he has in this property is evident. My adaptor didn't work (apparently there's a new type) but Paco directed me to a bazaar where I was able to get a USB phone charger that did the trick. There are 50 steps up to the loft, so be mindful if you have luggage, mobility issues, or when buying groceries. On that note, I've left a shopping bag on the wee kitchen cart that the next guests may find handy; also some teabags & a couple of beer (hope that was ok , Paco). I would definitely stay here again, & will be recommending to family & friends.

Hmmm, leaving. Perhaps, if I'm being really picky, I'd have liked a brush & dustpan, as even though I tried to get rid of most of the sand I know I did bring some in with me. Sorry.

Paco was a gem of a host, so helpful and accommodating for any question or problem. I freeze easily; and he supplied many warm blankets; plus there the room was nice and warm! The Terrasse was amazing, the bed very comfortable and the location perfect! It was quiet at night, lovely place to stay.

Todo perfecto, la localización y la terraza del apartamento son de auténtico lujo!!

The space was well designed, perfect for the two of us for 5 nights. Kitchen well equipped. Outside area was large. Bed was comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Communication from Paco was excellent. Appreciated the recommendations.

There were no negatives

The host, Paco, met us on arrival and gave us wonderful advice regarding things to see and do in Cadiz. He also gave excellent recommendations for places to eat and drink. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The apartment was one of the best we have ever stayed in and lacked nothing. The location could not have been better. Paco also kept in touch with us through the duration of our stay via WhatsApp.

Everything was perfect.

Todo...la ubicación genial¡tienes todo a mano,comercios,bares y playa y el apartamento no le falta detalle¡y por supuesto..la amabilidad de Paco.
