Perfect location; walking distance to the centre of Kaprun, supermarket and beautiful walking path to the waterfall and lake. Going to the ski elevators is a bit too far to walk, but the bus stop is right in front of the door going to Maiskogelbahn (2 minutes by bus) or Kitzsteinhirn gletsjes (5 minutes by bus). Taking the car is also easy, parking is free. Lovely house, good ski rooms to leave your stuff, nice sauna open 24 hours. Beds are comfortable and the balcony (apt number 6) was huge and has a beautiful view on the mountain. Sitting there you can hear only birds and a waterfall in the distance.

Everything was great, we really enjoyed ourselves.
