Appartement Felix

This was a really fantastic apartment for our family ski holiday. It is close to Maiskogel and Kaprun shops and restaurants yet very quiet. I'm a light sleeper and never had an issue sleeping throughout the night. The owners of the apartment live in the apartment above and we hardly ever heard them. The apartment is super clean and big. The kitchen has everything you need and well stocked up with cutlery and crockery (which is not the case usually as you only get a few forks and knives or plates). Plenty of wardrobe space and for jackets to hang in both hallways. The bathroom is big too. There's also a small washing machine which comes quite handy. And a little store room where you can put suitcases etc. All in all, would love to go back there if available. Thank you Christine for such a great hospitality!

There's a ski room where we could put our skis to try however, the ski boots had to be taken into the apartment for drying as the ski room is not heated and there are not ski boot heaters. If it had those in the ski room this would have been the most perfect skiing accommodation ever! But I guess if you really want those you'd have to pay hotel prices.

The apartment is spacious and clean. In it you have everything you can possibly think of. The host is really great. The location is perfect,in walking distance of the centre, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, Maiskogel cable cars, Tauern spa centre. If you don't like walking around, the bus stop is 10 metres from the apartment.

The location was good and the greeting from the host was great, and the parking was spacious

The apartment was not clean and you can see that it has been a long time since it was cleaned properly, also there were many rules for staying in the apartment

Cleaning products was not available for the shower and lack of kitchen equipment , and for extra day we paid high price

It would be better if guests kids are allowed to utilize play yard area.
