There is a construction site right next to the guesthouse. They sometimes work during the day, and it can be a bit noisy. I just went out for a while and came back later, which solved the issue. When I returned, an excavator from the construction site was blocking the entrance. I asked if they could let me pass, but they just shrugged. Fortunately, I was able to park at the neighboring guesthouse instead. Overall, everything was fine — just a little inconvenient.

Cleanest aparment so far. Owner Martin is super friendly and helpful. It was realy nice staying here.

Velmi příjemný majitel Martin který se o nás staral naprosto perfektně, se vším pomohl, byl velmi vstřícný a milý. Opravdu děkujeme za vše. Apartmán čistý, skvěle vybavený, nic nám nechybělo. Na pokoji bylo krásně teplo. Pár minut autem od stanice lanovky a pár minut pěšky od obchodu i restaurace a centra města a přitom naprostý klid.

Die Hausherrin war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir durften die Motorräder unter das Vordach stellen. Eine ruhige Lage und feste, bequeme Matratzen. Das Appartment modern, sauber und die Küche sehr gut bestückt. Der kaputte Toaster wurde noch am gleichen Tag ersetzt. Zusätzlich zur Buchung gab es die Sommercard gratis, die viele tolle Unternehmungen beinhaltete. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Spacious, clean apartment. Nice, equipped kitchen. Helga took great care of us, starting from smooth late check-in, to any other matters. Beds were comfortable. We got a nice view from our windows. Summer card is a huge benefit and a must in this region. The apartment is really close to all attractions.

The only flaw was a loud construction work next to the building from early morning, but owner did what he could to take care of that, and we are grateful for this.
