Having read the reviews we were so happy to have booked with Helga. Initially there was a small issue with our booking and Helga immediately found a solution. Helga answered my many pre-arrival questions promptly and on arrival her warm welcome confirmed we had made the right choice. We arrived early and Helga kindly helped us carry our heavy luggage up (despite my protestations) and promptly gave us our Sommer Cards so we could enjoy the day. We loved our top floor one-bedroom apartment! Clean, homely, spacious and spent every evening enjoying the view from the balcony from which we could see the Maiskoegel on the hill. The 660 bus (which takes you to all the main attractions) and supermarket Billa is a short (flat) walk away which was so convenient and it's a short walk into Kaprun village. Conveniently you can use the washing machine in the basement for a minimal cost which was necessary for us being away for 12 days in total, 4 with Helga. If I return to the area I will definitely stay at Waelderhof again. Thank you Helga for a lovely stay.
