I like the location and the size of the apartment.

The cleaning wasn’t good and the smell of the property was so bad. We talked to the staff and they send cleaner. But still the smell wasn’t gone. I bought cleaning products and air fresheners to help get rid of the smell and I have done the cleaning myself. My whole family was complaining about it. It’s also written that there is washing machine in the apartment. But it was in the facility not in the apartment itself!

Disorganised deposit management. Upon payment of 300eur deposit I had to specifically request the staff to provide me with receipt. When checkout the manager asked me whether my deposit payment was 250 eur. They refunded full amount at the end but his question was strange to me. He also asked me twice if we really did not have the bath towels for the sauna which are paid extra. They probably just need to improve their evidence/organisation. Apart from this, everything went perfect.
