Apartment Philosophenweg by stay awesome

The apartment itself is lovely. Very light, nicely furnished.

The entrance into the building stank like urine/ weed. There were no instructions emailed through or in the apartment on how to access the internet. There was no numbers on the doors. The lady told me 2nd floor; but it was actually up 3 flights of stairs

Netflix was not working

Well equipped kitchen, well sized flat. Netflix worked.

The floor of the flat was dirty. Overall it smelled. The pictures are deceiving. There’s mould in some window corners. The shower floor was dirty and the shower head broken. No blinds to darken the bedroom. We paid 180€ (2 adults, 2 kids) for a night, so did not feel that was ok. Also the check in is self-check in, but no efforts are made to make this flawless: no entrance code received because I did not send a scan of my ID (though I had filled in and signed an online form + did full payment in advance), wifi password nowhere to be found. 3 waste bins but unclear how to sort trash. Worse experience via booking ever, not up to standard for holiday rental.
