Very quiet. Perfect location for walking to the pubs. Friendly and helpful hosts.

The owner met us to give us keys and was very kind and helpful. He even offered to drive us to the ferry in the morning but we had a car so didn’t need a ride.

The shower was so tiny it was nearly impossible to shower. The shower didn’t drain well so you stood in soapy water while showering.

The best part of the stay was the hosts. The retired couple live on site, he built the apartments, they were generous with use of the W/D, electric adaptors, transit advice. Lots of available parking, but a car is not necessary. The bus from Galway stops across the street, the one from Limerick stops next door. The very walkable local pub had wonderful traditional Irish music nightly.

A little short of shelf space in the bathroom. We would have liked the apartment to be B & B, but it was well equipped with utensils and supplies to get started.

Die Küchenausstattung ist im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften auf dem Niveau ausbaufähig, es fehlte teilweise an Basics. Im Badezimmer war der Abfluss der Dusche verstopft, worum man sich jedoch nach unserem Hinweis kümmern wollte. Nach unserem Empfinden war die Wohnung nur auf den ersten Blick sauber, da ist definitiv noch Luft nach oben.
