房间够大，整体比较干净整洁，性价比很高。

进门有些霉味。 离JR站稍有些远，步行还是有些距离。 床虽然较多，但中间没有分隔，可以考虑加个帘子。

A very cozy place, ideal for relaxing and with everything you need. Very comfortable. There were six of us and we had a great time. Good location, although a bit far from the station if you're carrying large suitcases. Very good service from the person who helped us, always looking out for us to guide and help us. I recommend this place. I would return.

Large room with plenty of amenities provided, with comfortable beds and blankets for everyone. Check-in process was simple and easy. The host is very approachable & helpful, and even recommends restaurants and things to do nearby. There is a Family Mart just a minute away from the accommodation. Quiet location. Affordable to take a taxi to Fukuoka International Airport.

Heating is a little weak during winter, in January when we stayed. Requires a bit of a walk from both subway stations (Ijiri Station and Sasabaru Station).

The response of the owner was very quick when we notified there is no detergent but only empty bottle.

The place looked nice in the photos, but when we got there, the room had a strong musty smell, almost like mold, and there was no proper ventilation. The blankets and sofa sheets seemed to be dirty. Everyone started sneezing and feeling itchy, likely because the room wasn’t very clean. To make matters worse, it was on the ground floor right next to a busy road, so it was noisy all the time. Moreover, something unexpected happened—a couple rang the doorbell. At that moment, it was just me and the kids in the room because my hubby wasn’t there, so we were terrified. It turned out to be a misunderstanding, but it really scared us, and none of us wanted to stay there any longer. I decided right away to leave and booked a new hotel that was much nicer and safer.
