"COZY PLACE"

Cozy and sunny apartment on the upper floor of the house right in the middle of the old town of Kaunas. Apartment is renovated, well maintained and clean. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for a short visit

Place and location was exceptional. Would choose this place again if coming to Kaunas.

There was a parking place in yard. It was a bit complicated to get in the yard since the gates were locked.

The location

Cutlery was dirty and had to rewash dishes,lack of utensils,burnt frying pan and blunt knives,no instructions on how to use digital items,was given wrong WiFi code,no bin bags and to top it off harassed as the apartment was double booked.

"An apartment is not ready for guests"

The location is perfect, right on the side of an old town. Very closed to many restaurants and a grocery store. An apartment was very clean.

Very bad communication. We agreed on check in time through booking.com platform, but an apartment wasn’t ready even few hours later. There is a coffee machine, but no coffee capsules. They promised to bring it, but they never did. I think the person, we were communicating to on the phone, had never been in that apartment before. Containers for sugar, salt, pepper, oil and so on was empty as well. The hot water was turned off, so there was no hot water in the morning. Old and uncomfortable pillows. The apartment is completely not ready to receive guests. Their customer support is just straight lying things and waiting guests time. First make an apartment fully ready and then list it.

A wonderful place in Kaunas city centre. The apartment looks good and is convenient for a short stay.

It wasn't easy to get in touch with the hosts and we could only check in at 3:30 PM, although the check in time was 2 PM. There was a strong smell in the bathroom - perhaps something with the drain. The apartment wasn't cleaned thoroughly.
