Cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the heart of old town with parking

Все просто чудово! Квартира недалеко від центру, з власним закритим подвір'ям і місцем для паркування без додаткової оплати. У квартирі є все для комфортного і тривалого перебування. Господар Вільма завжди на зв'язку і з бажанням допомогти. За компліменти (кава, шоколад, напої) окреме спасибі! Все настільки продумано, що хочеться повертатися! Оцінка 10 з 10!

Все просто чудово!

This apartment is in an amazing spot. It’s so close to lots of restaurants and stores. There’s tons you can do within walking distance and if you need to go further there are plenty of bus stops nearby. I also loved that it was gated with a security door to get into the building (very safe for solo female travelers). Parking is small but private and because it’s assigned you’ll never worry if a space is open for you. There was everything you’d need in the apartment from start to finish: warm bed, closet space, fully equipped kitchen, spare toiletries in case you forgot something, plenty of towels, excellent water pressure and heat in the shower, there’s cleaning supplies to keep the place tidy as you go, washer and drying rack with detergent to keep your clothes clean. I wanted for nothing while staying there. The Hostess herself is AMAZING. Super helpful, kind, and responds to questions in a very fast time frame. I’d rent this place again just cause she was so awesome.

I don’t have anything I didn’t like but I have stuff I’d tell other visitors about that caught me off guard at first. (learning curve thing stuff.) 1) when you first turn on the shower there’s a slight sulfur smell, but it goes away in 30secs so just let the water run for a moment before you hop in. 2) The shower temp dial turns more (to get hotter) if you press the button on it. It catches at 38c so you press the button and turn again to go hotter. My first shower was like warm becuase I wasn’t catching on to how it worked, please don’t be like me. 3)There will be neighbor noise. The walls aren’t super thin but I think the colder is it the easier sound travels and you can hear people going about their business. If you’re noise sensitive for sleep or have kids maybe just bring some plugs or wear headphones or use a white noise machine. 4) The front door of the apartment needs to be pushed/pulled taught to lock the bolt properly. You will also need to lock the bolt to keep it closed as the handle latch doesn’t catch all the way. This isn’t a big deal to me cause my door at home is the same and you should be locking your doors out of common sense anyway.

Nicely decorated and finishing touches in the appartement (like chocolate and some drinks in the fridge). Bus stop and small supermarket very nearby. Close to both old and new town. It was very quiet although close to a big road. Very friendly host.

Todo. Un apartamento fantastico, ademas estaba lleno de detalles de bienvenida: cafes, bebidas, chocolate, etc, pero quiero destacar la comunicacion con Vilma, la propietaria que nos ayudo en todo lo que le pedimos. Muchisimas gracias. Volveremos !

Wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku, polecam serdecznie ten apartament. Bardzo miło zaskoczony byłem wnętrzem , wyposażeniem kuchni , łazienki . Parking zamykany na pilota , który znajdował się w apartamencie na cały pobyt , więc auto bezpieczne pod każdym względem.

Mały minus to szklane drzwi po między sypialnią a salonem , albo razem oglądacie telewizor albo nikt nie ogląda 😂 . Słychać w sypialni i światło odbija się do sypialni.

Lokacija tobula! Šiuolaikiško dizaino remontas,viskas šviežia! Patogi lova,nebloga garso izoliacija. Nemokamas parkingas uždarame kieme. Super!
