The property is clean and comfortable

That was a problem with the water , which during my stay unfortunately couldn't be fixed , the owner was nice when i call her... but couldn't fix this issue, which was kinda frustrating using freezing water to shower for 3 days. She offered me to change to another flat in the last day during the evening, which I decided to stay anyway, one night wouldn't change. Also the kitchen pots and frying pan could be changed it's old and in bad quality.

It’s very modern, cozy, good location (10/15min) walk to town and acropolis, everything was working and the ac was very useful. We really liked to spend our time in this apartment. Good size for a couple but not more than 2 people.

The sofa bed could of be more comfortable but acceptable for the price. The mattress could be more comfortable too, but it’s okay.

Location is great and the price was really good for this time of year.

Basics were lacking, like paper towels or washing powder, no soap in the bathroom. I mean it's nothing major, but very inconvenient however.

Very good location, everything is pretty much in one place all around, easily reached by walking or taking the Bolt scooters. Despite that, its still pretty quiet inside, and cool enough even during hot days. The washing machine is superb, the shower is good, and since we are pretty minimalistic, we had everything we needed.

While the shower is relatively good, the hot water did seem to run out way too fast in the morning. Probably a conditional thing. Also, while I did fail to specify whether I want separate beds or not, there was still a lack of a blanket for the sofa bed. I was told its somewhere in the closet, and maybe im blind, but I could not find anything anywhere. Thats really the only issue I had, which was in part of my own making.
