Studio apartment in Laisvės alėja

This place is great for a short-term stay near the Kaunas city centre and manageable. There is a city tax around 1€ per person per night , so you will pay it by the end of your stay. Otherwise, it has a strategic location.

The number of washing machines and dryers is 4 for the whole floor , adding more will give a better option.

Excellent location, clean and comfy

We’re staying here for the second time, it already means a lot. Location is the best in the city, the main street, all restaurants, cafes are near. I was returning to the apartment late, but it was comfortable and safe to enter. We had all necessary things for living and the kitchen was pretty comfortable to cook. I had a few requests and manager completed them all, for which many thanks. When I come to Kaunas in the next time, I’ll definitely stay here again, because this flat is already like a second home!

Apartment was very centrally located right on the main street. It was easy to check into and comfortable. It was clean and warm and all I needed for a short stay by myself. There were no staff to check in as its an apartment in a block with other living there, but it was very easy to find the key with the instructions given. The WiFi was fast and worked well. The building also has washing facilities that can be used at any time - though I didn't use them so I don't know about the ease of use. The apartment is like a 10 min walk to the big shopping centre and very convenient.

The hot water tap in the bathroom didn't work in my apartment - it made a strange noise and no water came out, HOWEVER, there was always hot water from the shower and kitchen sink so I didn't need the bathroom sink at all. The door to my apartment was quite difficult to open and the key would get stuck sometimes and it was a struggle to push/pull the heavy door to find the right position - but maybe this was only an issue as I had had surgery and pushing/pulling was difficult for me at the time.

Loved how close this place is to the center, having a big window and a kitchenette. Place was clean and quiet.

The shower was a bit annoying, since water just goes everywhere outside of the shower space, the sofa bed is pretty hard and we had issues getting one extra blanket and pillows. We waited 4 days, every day being told we would get the extras that same day, but nothing arrived. Until finally on our 4th day there we got extra pillows but apparently they don't have extra blankets.
