Nothing!!! I was in a squatters what a DISSAPOINTMENT!!!!!! I FELT LIKE VOMITING EVERYTIME I WENT INSIDE HENCE I WAS COMONG VERY LATE AT NIGHT 🤮🤮🤮🤠🤮🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠

That place is a nonsense,bedding was not changed. Doors are broken, it was never cleaned beer caps on the windows, burglar gates not locked,I ended buying my own locker for safety. The owner of that unit should not be allowed to operate until he fixes that places,sliding doors are not opening. It's squatter camp! Infact its a scam I could have gotten my kids a better place. He did not even bother to reply to my whatsap when I told him I was not happy with the place. It was a nightmare. Please inspect these units before approving them. That place is inhabitable. Only pigs would leave there. You can tell by being informed they do not refund. I asked the security at the door how is the place as I arrived early before check-in,you could tell by his response "You will see it yourself" he knew I was going to a jungle! It's a disgrace. It's either the owner undermines black people or he just do not give a damn! Please do go and inspect that nonsense of a place its disgusting 😩🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤠🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

I really like the space and the service I received

The place it's full of cockroach( Amaphele)

Property is in a good location

The place is infested with cockroaches Very stuffy and very bad smell from the kitchen sink. No privacy. Only one bedroom squashed with 3 single beds.and one bathroom . Other 3 single beds were in a living room. We couldn’t watch the TV except to sit on some one’s bed. The property was advertised with fake pictures. The property owner is a real scammer,I’m warning everybody who finds a place in Flat No 53. The 3 double beds advertised were a proper lie The 2 bathrooms mentioned were a lie The balcony advertised is a lie, there’s none. Windows were so so dirty. We went to spar to buy an air freshener to dilute this disgusting smell. All these 6 single beds provided had no side tables and no headboards.

Property needs some renovations.

Main door, fridges and Appliances need to be replaced

Location is fair. View was excellent. Beach is located across the street. Security is great. Enough sleeping space. Bathroom was well-equipped.

No plugs for the bath or basin in kitchen. Very sparsely furnished. Not enough crockery, no secure parking. No wardrobes to hang clothing.
