305 Ben Siesta

We found our stay 305 Ben Siesta to be satisfactory, until the 4th night of our 5-night booking when the electricity stopped working due to a fault with the pre-paid meter. The property manager, Greg, attempted to fix it without success, at which point I was forced to move out with my family, late in the evening, to a near-by hotel. I was then promised a refund for the 2 nights Umhlanga Holiday Rentals could not honour our contractual arrangement because of the power failure, but no such refund has been forthcoming. I plan to take legal action against this property manager, and suggest no one that uses Booking.com to arrange accommodation ever stay at any of its available units.

Everything was perfect the place was next to the beach and mall and also a having a pool made us enjoy more .

The location is great

It was not clean, there was no toilet paper.

The property was neat and quite .We really enjoyed our stay there the view was exceptional as well.

The beds had dust on them on arrival. And the guests that were checking in on our departure date came to the unit at 9.15am and expected us to be out immediately even though check out was at 10am. They should not have been given the keys until we had left.
