The bed very uncomfortable, cockroach.air condition not working.host not replying after check in no blankets an towelss

The location and the view was perfect, the apartment was clean ,the staff was friendly

I failed to open the key box and was told to wait for an hour to be helped get inside and I was running out of time for the event, had to leave without the important thing that I had forgot inside, the roof at the parking bay made noise and it was fixed when we were checking out

The location, the place is near UShaka Marine World ,a few minutes from the shops. Loved the see view. The rooms were clean and spacious.the beds were comfortable. The iron and ironing board was there. Clean towels and enough toilet paper

The windows were not cleaned they had visible dirt which made us not to enjoy the sea view. The remote was not working,no problem though because we didn’t watch a lot of Tv. Please provide wine glasses or flutes if possible

Cocroaches, mosquitoes and there was no toilet papers.

The location . View was good. Security and parking. Place was spacious.

No house cleaning. Full of cockroaches. Small balcony . Dirty windows and furniture.

Air con not working properly, too many coaches
