Plenty of room for our family of 5. Close walk down to the beach and promenade. Close to malls and restaurants. Ocean view.

Steep driveway. We had a high clearance car so it was manageable.

The parking lot is a bit tight. You just need to be careful when you reverse out.

Well equipped kitchen

The furniture items especially dining room chairs were dirty. The chase is broken No swimming pool We were not orientated on arrival as to how things work
