The place was good and accommodating for our family. We loved it

I did not like the fact that their gate bumped our car on our way out after checking out. Apparently the sensor failed to react on the moving car while the staff were letting us out. On escalating the matter to the owner, the response had arrogancy on it. He did not even want to speak to us. Argh

It is very spacious and the pool was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and aircons were working fine. WiFi was working fine as well.

The R500 deposit we had to pay during check in and that’s not even mentioned on bookings.com website. I feel like they make sure that you don’t get it back because we had to pay an extra R450 on top meaning an extra R950 had to be paid on top of our booking fee because of two towels they feel like they are stained and the bed cover that had make up on it, woman wear make up and such is bound to happen. Why do you guys give people which towels and bedding if you don’t want them to make them dirty. We notice in the morning that some of those white towels given to us were dirty anyway but we didn’t complain because we didn’t know what will happen when we check out. Some of the plates had chipps on them but luckily we didn’t need to use any of them. Why offer people stuff and expect them not to make them dirty? Then tell people to bring their own stuff. The three seater outdoor couch needs to be fixed or replaced, not comfortable to seat on it. It is like more for display rather than using it.

Attitude of female receptionist 1st day. Very unprofessional as if she doesn't want us to be there. Pool wasn't cleaned on time, if ever

It was close to most activities. The stuff are friendly and trustworthy. Everything was exceptional. I can definitely revisit again.

The beds were not that comfortable, me and partner would wake up with back pain,however they were not severe

Very nice place to make home for vacation 👌🏽👌🏽everyone was welcoming..

Fridge was broken but they provided deep freezer.. They forgot to replace 1 cup but not major problem though
