Only had 3 x sugar, 2 tea bag and 2 x coffee, for two days stay?? sofa need attention, sinking on one side.

Views, location, security. Staff friendly.

Lack of maintenance (towel rail coming undone). Poor quality of cutlery and crockery. Only two of each. Cannot entertain visitors
