We had an excellent stay at Oceans Apartment. The place was exceptionally clean, neat, and well maintained, with a beautiful view. Its location is ideal, close to great restaurants, shops, and easily accessible. The host was fantastic and communicated with us even before our arrival, ensuring everything was well prepared and that we had all the necessary information. The staff were also friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, we truly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend Oceans Apartment to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient place to stay. We’d definitely love to return!

It is very beautiful and the sea view is is to die for.

That they didn’t have the pool as we were attracted by the one we saw on the pictures only to find that it belonged to another hotel.

We had a wonderful experience in Oceans apartment From the checking in desk to checking out, everything was seamless. The concierge service was awesome. The apartment is modern,spacious,clean with cool design in a brilliant location, and a walking distance from the beach. Excellent service and communication. The pictures on the advert don't do justice to the apartment,you need to be there to see it.It was really worth the price and got a really good deal for Umhlanga.Absolutely amazing!! Highly recommended.

Did not match the listing, photos on the listing shows a pool and a washing machine which we did not have. The photo of the pool is of the Radisson Blu pool which apartments do not have use of. The apartment had huge cracks in the bedroom walls, huge damp marks in some wardrobes. It is listed as having use of the WiFi, but found that daily we ran out of data and got a message from Telkom the provider that we were out of bundle. This was mainly due to the fact that the televisions ran on Netflix streaming which eats data for fun. You could also only watch Netflix on 1 tv device at a time so if 1 person was watching in the lounge another could not watch in the bedroom. We spend 3 weeks in SA all over the country in different kinds of accommodation, 1 of which was tented in Knysna and this "Luxury Apartment" was by far the most budget accommodation at the highest cost. This is situated within a mall that has shops like Gucci etc, don't be fooled this apartment should be no where near these Luxury names. The coffee machine also did not work and when we reported it we received instructions on how to use it, all irrelevant as we have the same machine at home, so ended up going out for coffee, after going to Gateway mall to specially buy pods.

I loved everything about the property especially how it’s so close to all the attractions as well as beautiful Umhlanga Restaurants that everybody dreams of visiting

The only problem we had was the aircon the room remained cold i caught flu as well as my granddaughter otherwise the experience was amazing 🙏🏾
