Neliels dzīvoklītis lieliskā vietā, uz centrālās gājēju ielas (pagalma ēkā). Ietilpām visi četri (divatā gan būtu nedaudz ērtāk). Atrodas ēkas augšstāvā, no tā pa plašo logu paveras pilsētas centra jumtu panorāma. Aprīkots ar visu nepieciešamo, lai uzturēšanās būtu ērta un mājīga. Savlaicīga un saprotama saziņa no saimnieku puses. Autostāvvieta, lai arī neatrodas tieši pie ēkas, bet aptuveni 5 min. attālumā, ir liels pluss.
