The hosts should have essentials already in the property and not have us ask. Example toilet paper, towels, mop, broom etc.

The owner is very warm hearted, he has Ubuntu, even picked my family before check in time. A very friendly person who is willing to meet half way. The family room is massive !!

It was difficult to find the place as the place had no board or anything to show that it is BNB it looked like an ordinary house, not BNB. At the entrance, the oner came, and after some time, we waited at the gate to open manually, as the gate didn't even have a remote or lock. The room was upstairs with a small pace to go into the room; it was dirty, and the manual air conditioner was leaking water and not even working properly. You could hear the people down stairs even when they are cooking the smell of the food is heard from downstairs. The owner was trying to force us to take an extra day at discount, and when he failed, he tried to sell us puppies.
