Location is great Safe parking Room neat and spacious Washing machine available

The reception and a lift was under some kinda construction. The security is not always available at night if you come in late...you have to wait sometimes 20mins before he comes to the deak to let you into the parking.

Security a bit difficult to navigate with building having a facial recognition system for access. Would be so much easier if short term guests could be added to the system for the period of their stay avoiding constant access arrangements with security guards

The apartment was amazing, beautiful and perfect location, host was great. Perfect location very close to Gateway.

Nothing.

As a writer I have never been more productive than I have in the last 3 days. I loved the calming environment and friendly energies, perfect for inducing creativity. Easy access to a wonderful cafe, some lovely food options, a barber and so much. Overall it’s the level of convenience for me 🙌🏽

I liked everything about the property,it was clean ,quiet,the stuff was so helpful when checking in,we really enjoyed our stay and we’ll visit again.

Netflix was not working

Very neat apartment and well located

Just the stove was not working 100% and very difficult to access in and out, security was not always available to open.Had to wait at least 10min before hey could open. Security guy Ndlovu working on the Sunday was very rude

The place is ideally located, a walking distance to Gateway.

Cleanliness. The place is not that clean. When we arrived, the place was drenched with a cheap-smelling air-freshner that did the opposite of freshening the air - we had to open all windows and the door for atleast an hour to get the smell out. the dishwasher was in a recycled container and did not look like good quality dishwashing liquid. the plates and utensils in the cupboards were not thoroughly cleaned. the cupboard handles left a lot to be desired. the water pressure was poor and the taps were not great - the kitchen mixer looks like it's made of plastic.
