Excellent location, large apartment, friendly owner - all you need for a nice stay in Kavala.

It is an ideal place to stay if you are travelling with a group of friends. Apartment is not renovated but very clean and has a feeling of a real home. The living room balcony offers great view of the sea and sunset. Beds are comfortable. There is one bathroom and an extra small toilet with sink and washing machine. Kitchen has many utensils. Nearby parking, supermarket, cafes are available. Center is a short walk away.

Central heating is available only during certain hours; AC remotes were not available for the rooms, leaving them chilly when the heating did not work. Due to older style big windows, sound isolation is not good; sunday is relatively quiet but other days can be bothersome.

The apartment is in the city center and close to everything. There is a paid parking lot right in front of it. There are markets and places to eat nearby. The owner is very helpful.

In cold weather, heating can be done with air conditioning. the sound of the nightclub at the back can be heard from the apartment on the weekend. sound isolation is poor.
