Niki's apartement

Die zentrale Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist einfach toll und die Unterkunft ist dadurch besonders authentisch griechisch. Die unmittelbare Nähe zum öffentlichen Leben in Kavala ist genial. Der sehr kleine Balkon des Apartments war für uns das Highlight schlechthin.

Die steile Treppe ist mit Gepäck anspruchsvoll.

Amazing location in the super heart of the city, helpful host, beautiful little studio with cute balcony, sparkling clean. Comfortable beds! No neighbors so no sounds around. Totally recommend ❤️

Didn't bother us, but it can be a bit loud at nights because of the street noise.

Niki and her husband were kind and helpful. The apartment is comfortable, clean and has a washing machine. It's located in a pedestrian street full of restaurants and is 3 minutes from the waterfront . Kavala is beautiful

The stairs from the street to the apartment are narrow. Niki and her husband were kind and helped. They would not be a problem for most people.

Great location, easy to get to and around the old part of the city. And plenty of places to eat. I can't give an opinion on the safety of the area at night because as a large male there are too few dark streets I wouldn't walk. So it depends on how safe you find Kavala or Greek cities in general. I didn't see anything suspicious but common sense is always useful.

It wasn't a problem for me, but other guests should be aware that the apartment is right in the center and the street under the balcony is busy during evenings and loud on weekend nights. So keep this in mind. Also, I know that for some couples the bathroom folding door could be an issue.

The place is very central. There are many restaurants and shops around. It was very clean and the host was very nice, friendly and helpful.

The apartment is located in a wonderful area of Kavala city, among the nice pedestrian streets, in the area of St. Nickolas! The castle and the port are just 100m from there and although many restaurants, coffees and bars are around the apartment is extremely quite!! I fully recommend it and for sure I'll stay there in my next trip to Kavala city! P.S. The communication with Mrs Niki was more than excellent! I would like to thank for her nice hospitality!
