Ev temiz, kullanışlı ve merkezi. Her türlü konfor mevcut. Evin önündeki sokakta her gün yer bulabildik, bu konuda şanslıdık. Emlak yöneticisi Eftychia son derece ilgiliydi.

Ev konusunda problem yok ancak çok yoğun dönemlerde otopark bulmak risk olabilir. Böyle bir durumda liman otoparkı kullanılabilir.

Everything is new, spacious, extremely well equipped, even though it is in the center, it is located on a quiet street, the view is ok, the balcony is very large, newly furnished, parking is a bit difficult, but it is a very good location for a family,

However, I found something I didn't like, the Nescafe instant coffee sachets, it's a matter of taste, in an extremely well-arranged apartment, either you put good coffee or some quality capsules, or you don't put anything at all, maybe a bowl full of oranges would have been pleasing to the eye from the point of view of welcoming guests,

The house is in the city center, the location is great! The apartament is cosy , very clean and comfortable for 4 adults. The ower was very responsive and helpfull.

Very nice place in the old central part of Kavala. The apartment is the perfect size for 2 persons and was totally renovated lately, the soundproofing did a good job as this area can be quite noisy due to heavy traffic. The host was very helpful and the communication very efficient.

Difficult access by car but is normal given the location.

Everything was excellent!
