The apartment is Brilliant and very comfortable! The only negative in the area is the guy operating the enoteca who is the epitome of attitude and rudeness.

The appartment was very cosy, with great combination of some retro moments (like visitord book) and some modern decorations (bedroom, lights, gallery). The terase is absolutely the winner for morning coffee in sun. Host thought about small things that makes you feel wellcomed and also gave us several recommendations, so we visited Vinci. The location is very good for seeing Empoli and if you plan to drive around Tuscany, Pisa, Lucca, Vinci, Pistoia.

Gorgeous apartment in central Empoli. Good communication with owner. Lovely terrace. Huge bedroom and a good mezzanine option if you have more guests. Very cute vibe. Kitchen useful too. Very near station and walkable to everywhere in the vicinity.

We love how helpful and welcoming the owners are. They gave us very good recommendation. My favorite place is the outdoor area where we can sit and have coffee.

I liked that pretty much all thee essentials were present. You do laundry and even iron you clothed if you wanted, the basic kitchen utensils were all there although one of the kitchen knives was a bit dull and there was nothing to sharpen it with.

That I was too tall to be comfortably stretched out in bed. This is a more universal gripe particular to me, however. I'm aware of the height distribution of the human population, only a relatively small percentage has my issues.

Very clean, well located, fabulous host. Would definitely recommend it.

Location, in the center but still quiet. There was a booking complication with Booking and thought I was renting both apartments for four adults. When I discovered the day before our stay that it was only for one apartment and the smaller of the two, I spent hours on the phone with booking to sort it out to no avail. The apartment was non-refundable and the owner refused to budge on the policy so we were stuck in very tight, dark quarters with adults sharing sleeping arrangements that was not appropriate. It was very stressful and very uncomfortable in this small apartment and with one of the beds in the kitchen. It was not a good experience.

Don’t expect anybody to work with you or help you if something goes wrong with this booking.

Location is excellent for train travel through out Tuscany
