Amplasarea locației(3 min pana la plaja), curățenia, facilitățile locației. Dna Litsa a fost mai mult decât amabila și deschisa, in fiecare zi întrebandu-ne dacă mai avem nevoie de ceva. Magazine în zona la 5-10 min de mers pe jos.

Nu are legătură cu locația, doar o mențiune legata de țânțari în jur de orele 20-21, lucru de care dna ne-a anunțat.

The owners are very friendly and kind people. The apartment is very nicely decorated, clean and easy to access by car. We felt like at home during our short stay.

We have stayed at many places on the Aegan Sea coast, more than 30 over the years, but we haven't met such a warm and sincere hospitality that Litsa and Akis had given us. Their accommodation is on the second/last floor of their house with a nice terrace and amazing sea view. Spacious and spotless two bedroom apartment situated just across the beach. Parking is free and in front of the house. There are a few restaurants nearby, a couple of beach bars, and a few markets on the main road 300m away, but there are no small souvenirs and plastic junk shops, loud beach bars and taverns. Beach is not crowded, and it feels more like you are on a private beach, and we were there in the second half of August! It's sandy beach with a small short patch of rocks going in the sea and a few free sun umbrellas. Nearby are volleyball, basketball and football courts. Other beaches and city of Kavala are short drive to. If you want a calm and relaxed holiday, then look no further. These warm, welcoming people and their great apartment will make your stay comfortable and relaxed, our heartiest recommendation.

Excellent location, close to the sea, with playground, taverns, shops. I recommend it for perfect holiday. Sandy beach, with deckchairs and umbrellas where you only pay for consumption but also areas without deckchairs (but with umbrellas) where you can spread the sheet. The apartment is very large, impeccably clean, equipped with everything you need. It is a quiet area, steps away for the beach. The hosts Litsa and Akis were very responsive and attentive. You can park your car for free, on the street, in front of the apartment. Great value for money!

Everything was perfect and we enjoyed our stay.

I can safely say that this is one of the best places we have stayed! The apartment is just perfect! It has absolutely everything you would need during your vacation - a comfortable and equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, a large bathroom with a bathtub, a washing machine, a sitting area with sofas, a dining room and a large terrace with an amazing view of the sea. The owners have thought of absolutely everything. The apartment is quite large, it is located 20 m from the beach, there are wonderful playgrounds next to it, which is quite convenient for families with children. The bedrooms are located at the back of the apartment, which provides the necessary silence for rest and sleep. Quiet, peaceful, clean and wonderful place! We look forward to visiting again! The hosts themselves are extremely kind - thank you Litsa for an unforgettable stay!

The hosts were wonderful and very kind. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, it has all it requires. The view is beautiful and the apartment is in a very good place in the village. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to come again.
