Die Beleuchtung ist konzeptlos angebracht. Das Lesen von Literatur ist sehr schwierig, da die Lage der Lampen und die Lichtstärke ungünstig ist. Das betrifft vor allen den Wohnraum, über der Küchenzeile gibt es gar kein Licht, im Badezimmer fehlt die Spiegelbeleuchtung.

Eigentlich alles. Die Ausstattung ließ keinen Wunsch offen.

Wenn man ein Haar in der Suppe suchen würde, dann wäre es, dass man das Hauptlicht des Schlafzimmers nicht vom Bett aus ausmachen kann.

Die Whg liegt sehr gut. Man ist fußläufig in 5 -10 Minuten am Anger und Domplatz. Es ist zum täglichen Gebrauch alles da. Was Kochgeschirr angeht kann ich es nicht beurteilen. Aber Besteck/ Geschirr ist sehr schön. Die vielen Pflanzen sind wirklich toll und geben der sonst recht leblosen Whg einen Hauch von wohnlichkeit. Es ist auch recht ruhig. Kein Straßenlärm. Wobei durch die Innenhoflage echt alles sehr laut halt. Man kann aber nachts mit offenem Fenster schlafen, wird dann aber gegeff durch Hoftor, laute Unterhaltungen geweckt. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ist sehr gut. Auch Parkplatz gibt es. Findet man aber auch im Hausumkreis.

Der Zugang zur Whg ist schon sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Durch ein unsaniertes Treppenhaus ist OK. Aber dass man sich selbst dann 2x ein- aufschließen muss, ist schon seltsam. Vor der whg liegt ein großer Lagerraum den man durchqueren muss. Da liegt halt alles vom Sofa bis zum Putzlappen. Ich finde, man könnte zumindest einem Sichtschutz anbringen. Auch hört man in der Whg jedes Wort wenn dort Leute am räumen sind. Die Whg selbst ist sehr groß. Statt der 2 riesen Fernseher hätte man lieber ans Bett noch 10-20 cm angebracht 😉 Alles ist schwarz/ weiß. Ist sicher Geschmackssache. Wirkt einfach insgesamt eher unbewohnt. Matratzen sind sehr fest. Ich fand es OK. Meinem Mann war es unangenehm.

Well located close to the train station and easy walking distance to the main sights in town. The apartment is great, spacious and has everything you need and more including a coffee machine, toaster and washing machine. Very clean. Owners very helpful. A brilliant choice if staying in erfurt

If we had to exit in the event of fire, it would require using two different keys for two separate doors to access the stairwell.
