wonderful host with welcome bottle of wine, perfect location for enjoying the Rheingau, use of public transportation and shopping (bakery & supermarket), free parking on the property, loved the 3 balconies, bed very comfortable, updated kitchen and excellent amount of dishes, silverware, wine glasses. You can see that the host really wants you to have a great stay and puts a lot of pride in the upkeep of the apartment.
