Excellent location for sourcing building materials and easy access to two shopping centres and a fantastic network of traditional alleys with great eateries. Rooms are spacious with useful facilities like large fridge, microwave, etc.. Water power from shower head is strong too. And a decent small washing machine (bring your own washing powder). Overall, a very practical and reasonably priced option.

Could have an environmentally friendly option not to wash the towels every day. :)

Nothing. I actually did not stay after seeing my room and went to another nearby hotel. The apartment/room was situated in a building in central Foshan, which is the only positive aspect of the place. Unfortunately, nothing about the assigned room was great. The room had mold growing on the ceiling directly above the bed area. The bathroom floor was filthy that you can see streaks of dirt and grime that no one would ever consider using the shower at all. The front desk reception was mixed; it depends who you have managing during the shift. The one who checked me in was ignoring me and my mother's complaints about the room. When it was another person who took over the front desk shift, she was receptive to our complaints but cannot change what Booking.com stated. They have a terrible cancelation policy. This place is a scam.

Almost everything about this establishment. I ended up contacting my credit card company to charge back for this stay since I did not stay and their cancelation policy was unfair.

Location is excellent.

The room was not clean; there was a lot of dirty furniture in the room, very little space for walking, no hot water in the Washroom, no bathing towel. We got an excellent property at this price.
