Via Solaro, appartamento in pieno centro

Arrivati alla struttura, la troviamo completamente coperta di impalcature per dei lavori in corso non segnalati dai proprietari preventivamente, peraltro già recensiti negativamente nelle ultime settimane da altri utenti su booking (peccato essersene accorti troppo tardi!). Il balcone da cui avremmo dovuto vedere il mare era completamente ricoperto dalle suddette impalcature, sveglia al mattino alle 6 circa con gli operai che letteralmente erano sul balconcino, a mezzo metro da noi che facevamo colazione in cucina. Peraltro (anche questo già segnalato da altri utenti ma senza alcuna necessitá di porvi rimedio), i ventilatori funzionano solo in parte, l'aria condizionata non c'è, quindi eravamo chiusi dentro (anche perché fuori c'era il cantiere con calcinacci e polvere), a una temperatura da sauna. Ciliegina sulla torta: non solo non hanno ritenuto opportuno avvisarci che saremmo andati in vacanza in un cantiere, ci hanno scritto per chiederci di lasciare in casa i soldi della tassa di soggiorno.

Malheureusement, les circonstances ont quelque peu gâché le séjour : travaux de façade en ce moment dès 5h30 du matin sur le balcon... Jusqu'à 13h environ donc du bruit et des odeurs de peinture... On aurait aimé être avertis pour pouvoir annuler et choisir un autre logement. Les chaleurs actuelles font monter la température du logement à 29/30°C et sur les 3 ventilateurs présents, 2 sont très bruyants ce qui est embêtant pour dormir. Les plages sont tout de même éloignées. Les premières plages à 1,2 km sont à éviter ...

The place was very good big and clean, located in a column neighborhood near to some good beaches, owners were very helpful and sent us all the guidance in advance.

Location was great and it had a good view. Host was really easy to work with and helpful.

Scaffolding covered the outside of the building where the balcony and view were so it was less than expected there. One of the fans was broken and there was no AC so it was a little tough to sleep.

Very clean, spacious and equipped apartment. Great location and free parking. Super kind owner. Low price. Absolutely recommended

Excellent facilities, everything you needed. Contact with owner was very good and check in instructions were very clear.

It definitely needs at least 1 air conditioner, it was very difficult to sleep the first couple of nights, luckily the weather cooled down. The shower was hard to access as you had to step into the bath tub, not good for people who have mobility issues.
