Red Robin Nest

It's a nice cabin and more spacious than it looks from the outside.

Thin walls, no black-out curtains or blinds, ants in the kitchen. The kitchen was not well equipped, e.g. not enough plates, cups, cutlery, etc.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Red Robin's Nest, and found the beds quite comfortable (and so many of them!). The location was convenient to see many things (by car) and we enjoyed being surrounded by nature.

The owner was very kind to help us while the area had been affected badly by storm weather.

Red Robins nest was fabulous, very pretty and unique, lovely touches making our stay very special, our girls loved the beautiful Christmas tree and giant teddy waiting to greet us when we arrived

Very spacious and cosy.

Bunk bed fittings were a little dodgy.

The cabins lie nestled in trees and dense vegetation, protecting the site from any noise from the motorway passing close by. Lovingly designed and equipped with everything you could wish for, our stay was very pleasant and we wish we could have stayed for more than just one night. Both thumbs up!

Reasonable location off motorway, quite and no hassles.

Serious safety concerns. Electric circuits looked not up to code i.e. electrical outlets behind kitchen sink. We ended up going away for couple of hours extra roaming to avoid staing inside and not showering (based on earlier observation) and running away as soon as possible in the morning.
