Convenient and overall is okay for a short stay

Quite a challenge to find the place

Central location.

Very expensive & additional security deposit was needed the day before. Which we were not aware off. Whilst it was satisfactory the place could really do with a very good deep clean.

Appartamento pulito e curato, ben arredato, dotato di biancheria da letto e asciugamani. Cucina fornita di stoviglie, elettrodomestici, salotto accogliente e letti comodi.

Non immediato trovare la porta d'ingresso, che rimane di fronte al negozio Candy Cloud. Forse si potrebbe aggiungere una piccola insegna all'esterno.

The location is central.

BLACK MOLD. FILTHY APPLIANCES. Since management’s only response was to send one boy with a half full bottle of multipurpose cleaner and a bath hand towel. We left one hour after arrival, since it was really that unsanitary. Management has been unbelievably unprofessional. We are still struggling to obtain a refund for this booking which we never occupied. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH INEPTITUDE AND SUCH DISRESPECT FROM ANY PROPERTY “ management” BOOKING SHOULD IMMEDIATELY REMOVE THIS APARTMENT FROM THE PLATFORM. THEY ARE CLEARLY OUT TO STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Location

Was locked out of the apartment. The combination key lock box was broken. We contacted the owner after trying to get in for a hour. He informed me he would call a locksmith at 1am and that we should just wait outside. Eventually we managed to boost one of our group onto the neighbouring properties roofs so he could climb onto the balcony so we could get in. The owner was rude and actually hung up on me when I informed him it was unacceptable for us to be locked out. Don’t recommend staying here. It’s advertised as a luxury apartment which it definitely is not. Plus as soon as I booked I received a phone call informing me I needed to pay an extra €300 deposit. Never before have I booked and paid for an apartment on booking.com and was told to pay a deposit after by another company.

Location is absolutely fantastic! Couldn’t be better. Right at the heart of the city with all the action, convenience and walking distance to the sites. Apartment was very comfortable for the 5 of us with modern furnishings, good kitchen and good space. Also has a washing machine but no dryer.

The pillows could be better. It was too soft and hence we didn’t sleep well. Although no fault of the owners, it is quite noisy at night and difficult to sleep through - dogs barking, seagulls, roads blowers and garbage pickup early morning. Manageable for one night but I’m not sure for multiple nights.
