Bad service and response from property

Property did not do a proper check before check in.

Host are very helpful and informative, the suite is big enough to host a 4 Adult + 1 kid.

The person I was dealing with was very attentive and would reply in a timely manner. On his part, he did great. Also, there are some nice restaurants not too far from the apartment. The apartment was big enough.

1. The outside looks very run down. 2. The lobby looks deserted. 3. The apartment was quite dusty. The necessities were given but but up to standard. 4. Toilets needs a proper clean and upgrading. The water can get a bit rusty from time to time. 5. The water pressure was low. But did the job I guess. 6. Bedding felt a bit dusty. I stayed there for 4 nights and by the end of it I had formed pimples / bumps on my face. 7. Shower curtain was “ripped” due to disintegrating. I apologize if this might sound very spoiled, but I do hope that the facilities can be improved for the future. Thank you.

There were misleading of the picture advertised as it wasn’t same as an actual condition. The surrounding area also seems like a rundown infrastructure.

Room was comfy and clean. Have utensil and plate for eating.

Toilet cannot flush and shower area is dirty.
