Nice and warm bed after a cold day

There was a kitchenette and a braai area outside, our stay was too short to use it but definitely would have.

This property has the love for detail. Cheryl makes sure that everything is there that one can need, including coffee, real, fresh milk (I have never seen this anywhere and I have been to 60 countries), biscuits for coffee, hair shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and moisturizer (also never seen in any other guesthouse anywhere). We loved it and would come back any time!

This was our first stay at EdenNook and we will return for sure! The Studio we stayed in were fantastic and beautifully furnished. The garden was lovely and relaxing. Love, love the place! Real attention to detail. The venue was serene & absolutely exquisite! Feels like coming home! Cheryl and her husband were very friendly & welcoming - unquestionably stellar hospitality! Absolutely lovely couple, couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. Cottage was spotlessly clean and equipped with all I could need. Washing done for me at a very reasonable rate and extremely good value for money. Situated in a very quiet and most beautiful area,with any shops you might need well within walking distance. If you are looking for comfortable,clean,safe,secure place with complete privacy hosted by a couple that go out of their to help but at the Same time ensure you have complete privacy.....then look no further!! As someone famous once said " I'll be back " Thank you both for a great stay.

Prior to our arrival, we received excellent and prompt communication from Cheryl, the owner of EdenNook. I always appreciate renting holiday accommodations from the owner, because they take so much more care than does a management company. Cheryl and I were able to stay in close contact via WhatsApp before and during our stay and she was there to open the security gate and greet us upon arrival. She had room for us to park in the garage, which was inside a gated yard. I must say that I felt 100% safe in this area, so the secure parking was simply a perk. The neighborhood is quiet. We had big problems with load shedding in other holiday accommodations and the best aspect of EdenNook is that load shedding had no impact on us. They must have their own green energy source. Fantastic!

The cottage seems a little compact, however I especially enjoyed the large bathroom.
