fantastic house and perfect location for our stay in George. Host couldn’t have been more helpful. House is really clean and comfortable with secure parking and lovely garden with an amazing view of the mountains. will definitely stay again on our next visit to George

Stay wasn’t long enough 😔

Enough space for the family of 4, depending if you have small or big children. A lot of thought was put into property to provide the necessities. Close to amenities.

Too far from beaches ⛱️. Nearest being 20km away.

we loved how spacious the place was. we have an 8-month old baby and the place suited us so perfectly for him to be able to crawl around. it was very baby safe! they also had a high chair, baby bath and campcot which was an amazing help that we didn’t need to travel with those items! we loved that there was a braai facility too! all round a wonderful self-catering experience.

there were a couple of maintenance touch-ups needed in the bathroom: the toilet roll holder fell off the wall and the shower tap lever was loose and came off when you adjusted the temperature. these are minor things to fix and should be dealt with to make the experience flawless. Also there was free coffee and tea sachets provided which was a lovely addition, however the coffee was 3-in-1 mix with milk and sugar which was restrictive. we don’t drink sugar so didn’t have coffee. perhaps provide plain coffee too as an option.

Central location and close to hiking trails. Private garden and garage is great. The owner is a friendly host.

We gave the owner a few suggestions which he appreciated.

Very spacious, well equipped. Excellent value.
