It's a lovely warm and comfortable apartment right in the centre of the Old Town in Geneva. Well equipped, with quality furnishings, everything works as it should. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Geneva.

There is very little not to like, I suppose it was a little noisy on a Saturday night, but what do you expect in the centre of the old town. We closed the windows and it was virtually silent. It is on the third floor of a lovely old building, but we liked that.

It was like living in a medieval castle ... complete with spiral staircase.

Noise from street below ... just shut the windows and problem solved.

Location is excelent. In the centre of old city, close to shops and tramp station in small narrow pictoresque streat, location could not be better. Apartment is large enough for two persons. Windows are good and give perfect sound isolation. Kichen is well equiped and functional. Bathroom is correct, with good towels.

Cleanles is not on high level when we arrived, expecialy on arrival what surprise us. When you pay so much money for cleaning fee there are no tolerance. Toiletiers were insuficient. Owner did not have time to accept us on arrival or to say good bye on departure. We know that is not obligated, but it will be nice sign of hospitality, not only to grab money.

The apartment is just 10 mins walk from the train station. It is located in the old part of the city with plenty of amenities around.

proximity to lake

there are many stairs to get to the property and then once you access the property it is another 30 plus spiral stairs to the unit. The apartment is adjacent to the petite palace nightclub which operates 7 days a week from 11pm to 5am. The nightclub patrons congregate outside the property and are noisy most of the night. There is no air co so during summer with windows opened this is a real issue. we had problems with the washing machine which Raphael fixed quickly, wifi was fair.
