La amplitud de las estancias, la comodidad, decoración, equipamiento. Muy cuidado todo y muy limpio.

La ubicación de los garajes no está suficientemente explicada. El acceso a esa calle es prohibido desde el apartamento, convendría indicarlo en un mapa ya que el googlemaps no lo indica bien.

la ubicacion

el servicio de Silastur y el canon por limpieza Booking nos cobro un canon de 80 euros por limpieza, del cual el anfitrión (silastur) nos dijo al reclamar, que era por poner el apartamento en perfectas condiciones A NUESTRA ENTRADA¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡ cuando lo que esta claro es que es una forma de cobrarte mas por el apartamento ya que lógicamente no van a poner a tu llegada a tu disposición el apartamento sin limpiar. Al hablar con booking literalmente se lava las manos y solo justifica que ellos cobran lo que les manda el anfitrión. Además ese canon solo aparece al finalizar la reserva, al ir a formalizarla, no cuando se publicita el apartamento por lo que entiendo que es una estratagema para cobrar 80 euros más, ya qie desde Silastur nos dijeron que si queríamos limpieza tenia coste adicional. También estuvimos toda la estancia esperando al técnico para la televisión del salón que no funcionaba y no aparecieron. Hay algún electrodoméstico en la cocina que no funciona como por ejemplo la tostadora Por otros lado no tiene aire acondicionado y hace bastante calor cuando la temperatura sube

Nicely located, good and clean spaces, easy to access.

I think the interaction with whoever answered on WhatsApp could've been better. The person was kinda rude, available only for a short period of time during the day and some of her/his answers to my questions felt condescending. It gave the impression that that person did not know the property at all.
