"Terrible communication from owner, uncomfortable stay"

Terrible communication from the owner. She ignored all of my messages to her and was extremely unhelpful. The apartment is very small and shower is terrible. Not comfortable stay. This accomodation should not even be on booking.com

"Heart of the Old City - Excellent Location!"

I gave this an exceptional because of its location. We also greatly appreciated the early check-in. Girona was my favorite place in our 3+ weeks of travel. The flower festival was going on which opened up many places to explore. This place is located right in the old city and is well equipped with a larger fridge, cooktop, washer/dryer, and generously sized comfortable bed.

Space is a little tight with limited space around the bed and at the toilet. Wasn't my issue but if you're a large person, using the toilet could be a problem. I understand there's not a lot of options, if any, to remedy.

"Good place for a young couple who wants to be in a good location for a good price and doesn’t care if facility is incred"

The location is excellent. It’s in the old quarter of Girona, in walking distance of the Cathedral, cafes, restaurants, shops, the river.

It is SMALL and funky. Barely enough hot water in shower for one 5 minute shower. Coffee machine didn’t work great. Some street noise.
