Bravissimo Bali, beautiful 2 bedroom apartment

Excelente ubicación en el Barri Vell de Girona, a un paso de de todo. Apartamento renovado con gusto, en un edificio muy antiguo que no està reformado, a tener en cuenta el mal estado de la escalera. Buena opción para un fin de semana.

Excellent location, balcony on historic street, unit was newly renovated with modern comforts and maintained a lot of original historic features like high ceilings and exposed brick walls. Cool loft and daybed in second bedroom Property manager was responsive on WhatsApp, good climate control.

Not convenient for short stays: no amenities at all like coffee or shampoo. Parking is a 15 minute walk away and cabs can’t operate in Barri Vell so you have to haul bags a long way on cobblestone streets. Exorbitant cleaning fee and you are required to do a lot of it like strip beds and take out garbage (which is a complicated time sensitive undertaking). You are required to pick up keys from the property manager’s office then walk 10 minutes with your bags to the unit - there is no self check in process. These things would be less annoying for a long stay where you are “living” in the unit and only need to park once, buy groceries and the cleaning cost is amortized over a longer stay, but for a day or two these things can be a hassle. Unit can get a septic backflow odour in the afternoon. Tight steep staircase not suitable for persons with mobility issues.

L’Escala a l’apartament, sense timbre, poca il.luminació i poca connectabilitat. La barana del pis de dalt l’he trobat perillosa caldria un barrot o vidre no ens vam atrevir a deixar dormir les nenes soles allà.

The location is great - right in the centre of the old town. Really good value for money considering where you are in Girona town.

The hairdryer isn’t great - suggest a new one is bought.

It's a narrow steep staircase. A bit chilly ( Dec) warm enough in the evening. Difficult getting stuff dry.

Amazing apartment in beautiful location! The primary bedroom was huge and the second bedroom was so cool for my kids as they had a sleeping area and a hang out area.

I loved everything! My older (11 & 13) kids loved the second bedroom, however if they were younger sleeping in the loft would have made me nervous and been dangerous. Just be mindful when booking if with young kids!

Decoració perfecte, molt bonic i una molt bona restauració. Pràctic i molt ben situat, tranquil tot i estar a ple centre.

Falta de seguretat a la barana de l’altell on hi ha un dels llits de matrimoni. Es baixa i li faria falta com a mínim un rodapeu. Hi ha un forat desde aquest altell per on es veu l’habitació principal. L’escala no es recomanable si tens algun mínim impediment d’acessibilitat.

Location great, shower great, beds very comfy and clean.

The communal entrance was very old and in need in a lot of decoration and work. The steps were broken and dangerous for anyone with any mobility limitations. Also, the mezzanine area which had the second bed was very limited height, I could only crouch and not stand up straight. Disappointing.

Loved the location right in the middle of the Barri Vell. The apartment was spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen has all the amenities you could ask for which made it easy to settle in for the week. Three great air conditioners was a bonus in mid August.

The apartment had everything you could ask for, the only small improvement would be to get the wifi extended so it worked in the master bedroom.
