"Mooie oude balken en chill bad!"

De mooie houten balken en het grote bad. Genoeg ruimte. Gave buurt van pakhuizen. Aan het water/kanaal. Fijne keuken! (Er staat alleen nergens vermeld hoe het kleine lampje uit moest). Wasmachine/droger in 1. Fijne locatie, 10min lopen van centrum en supermarkt naast de deur. Erlandssons Restaurang op loop afstand was enorm goed. Zeker de hertenbief!

Overdag betaald parkeren staat niet vermeld. Je kan deze maar per 4u aanzetten. Wel goedkoop. Snachts gratis. Buitenkant ziet enorm vervallen uit. Oud magazijn. Vanbinnen redelijk goedkoop afgewerkt qua details. Ventilatie van de badkamer mag wat beter. Bad kon niet snel leeg want dan liep de afvoer over. Eigenaar ingelicht en zou hier naar gaan kijken. Geen idee of er vermeld stond dat het op de eerste verdieping was, met 2 baby's even creatief. Maar wel brede goede trap.

Trevlig och rymlig lägenhet! Bekväma sängar och gott om garderobsutrymme. Bra med tvättmaskin! Läget mkt bra i Gävle, nära till livs och stadskärna.vackert vid Gavleån.

Saknade vinglas, 4st och det kunde varit fler bestick för att ta mat med. Saknade frysfack i kylskåpet. Hade varit bra med en fast P-plats på baksidan. Lyhört mot grannen.
