"Perfekt, unikt boende mitt i stan i Gevalias gamla kaffemagasin."

Finns allt man behöver. Välfyllda skåp med redskap och porslin i köket, så man laga mat. Diskmaskin, tvättmaskin och bubbelbad!!! Underbart att kunna sitta och titta ut över ån och alla båtar vid frukosten. Nära till butik. Varmt och skönt i rummen, gott om plats, sköna sängar och sängkläder.

"Boende nära centrum."

Gävle är en trevlig och fin stad. Var där för ishockeyn Brynäs-Luleå. Lägenheten var underbart mysigt med alla bekvämligheter.

Trapporna upp var lite jobbigt men inga problem.

Rymligt och rent. Bra läge i historisk och charmig miljö, fin utsikt. Bra utrustad lägenhet granne med livsmedelsbutik.

Ett svagt brummande ljud i sovrum störde. Antagligen ett fläktljud.
